You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use tuwolu for personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the services or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the services or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by Tuwolu.
Users may have the opportunity to submit, post, or otherwise transmit content through tuwolu ("User-Generated Content"). By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant Tuwolu a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.
You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that the content is accurate, not confidential, and not in violation of any contractual restrictions or other third-party rights.
Tuwolu reserves the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
Some services on tuwolu may require payment. By using these services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your use of the services. All payments must be made in Romanian Lei (RON) unless otherwise specified.
Payment processing will be handled by a third-party payment processor. You agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the payment processor. Tuwolu is not responsible for any errors or issues that arise during the payment process.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If you fail to make any payment when due, we may suspend or terminate your access to the services.
Tuwolu reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Tuwolu will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the services.
We may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the services without notice or liability. Any new features that augment or enhance the current services shall also be subject to these Terms.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
